We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at JP Recruiting Agency. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for diagnosing, assessing, and treating human communication disorders, including speech, fluency, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer comprehensive assessments and evaluations to diagnose and evaluate speech, voice, resonance, language, fluency, cognitive-linguistic, and swallowing disorders.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to correct speech, voice, language, fluency, resonance, cognitive-linguistic, and swallowing disorders.
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to establish and implement group and individual care plans.
  • Provide education and counseling to patients and families regarding communication and swallowing disorders.
  • Conduct research on speech and other communication disorders to improve diagnostic procedures and devices.
  • Supervise and mentor communicative disorders assistants, students, and other healthcare personnel.

Requirements:

  • Certification by the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario (CASLPO) and in good standing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to ongoing medical education and professional development.
  • Ability to manage a diverse range of health issues in patients of all age groups.
