Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to join our team at ACCUTEK INDUSTRIES LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing manufacturing systems to optimize production processes, improving efficiency and reducing costs.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and implement manufacturing systems to optimize production processes
  2. Conduct studies on the reliability and performance of plant facilities
  3. Develop flexible or integrated manufacturing systems and procedures
  4. Analyze costs of production
  5. Supervise technicians, technologists, analysts, administrative staff and other engineers
  6. Establish programs and conduct studies to enhance industrial health and safety or to identify and correct fire and other hazards
  7. Assess business opportunities and develop strategies
  8. Use computer numerical control (CNC) machines
  9. Program CNC machine tools
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field and 2 years of experience in a similar role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and leadership abilities, are essential for this position.
