About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Renovation Project Manager to join our team at 538439 BC Ltd. as a key member of our construction operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Coordination
    • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
    • Coordinate with trade subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Quality Control and Assurance
    • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and industry standards.
    • Identify and address any quality control issues promptly to minimize delays and costs.
  • Financial Management
    • Prepare and manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and forecasting revenue.
    • Develop and implement cost-saving strategies to optimize project profitability.
  • Human Resource Management
    • Recruit, train, and supervise a team of construction professionals, including trade subcontractors and site staff.
    • Develop and implement performance management and evaluation processes to ensure team members are meeting project objectives.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management
    • Develop and maintain effective communication channels with project stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
    • Provide regular project updates and progress reports to ensure transparency and accountability.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years
