Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager Store Setup and Renovation to join our team at London Drugs Limited. As a key member of our Retail Operations Department, you will be responsible for the set-up of new store locations, renovations, and relocations, as well as servicing the business needs for store fixturing and accessories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the set-up of new store locations, renovations, and relocations, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
  • Manage and maintain inventory of store fixtures and accessories, ensuring accurate ordering and delivery.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Retail Store Development and Merchandising, to ensure seamless execution of store set-ups.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance store set-up efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and maintain a secure store environment.
  • Participate in the Retail Store Development Steering Committee to drive business growth and improvement.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of retail store operations and management principles.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret architectural drawings and make informed decisions.
  • Project management experience, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
