Lead Our London Branch as an Automotive General Manager

We are seeking an experienced Automotive General Manager to lead our London branch and drive sustainable, profitable growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing operating performance, setting goals, and executing our Strategic Plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the growth of the branch, achieving top and bottom line targets in traditional core businesses and new areas.
  • Effectively develop and lead the Sales team to achieve high standards of sales skill and product knowledge.
  • Ensure the branch operates at the highest levels, following our policies, processes, and accountabilities.
  • Maintain the highest professional standards in accounting, budgeting, and cash flow.
  • Ensure effective financial systems and reporting disciplines are followed.
  • Attract and retain top talent, focusing on Employee Engagement, Satisfaction, and Capability.
  • Frequent travel around the lower mainland and occasional travel to other provinces.

Requirements:

  • Proven Sales and Business Development experience in a B2B or B2G environment.
  • 5+ years of experience managing the P&L of a growth-oriented business.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
  • Strong leadership ability to motivate, train, and manage for results.
  • Ability to develop market, sales, and customer growth strategies.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven organization and multitasking skills.
