Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our automotive service team, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Prepare and analyze production reports to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as necessary.
- Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality, and implement changes as necessary.
- Recruit, train, and develop our automotive service team members, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge necessary to perform their jobs effectively.
- Estimate costs and materials, and ensure that all expenses are managed effectively.
- Operate CADD and other computer software systems to manage our automotive service operations.
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that our team members are aware of and comply with these regulations.
- Recommend personnel actions, and requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as necessary.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an automotive service management role.
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
- Ability to work under pressure, with attention to detail and in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to physically demand the job requirements.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week.
