Key Responsibilities- Conduct sensory evaluations to assess the taste, texture, appearance, and overall quality of our baked goods.
- Manage laboratory inventory, maintain instruments, and ensure proper calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
- Develop and implement shelf-life studies to ensure the quality and safety of our products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and improve our products.
- Prepare accurate and detailed reports, including test methods, results, observations, and recommendations.
- At least 6 months of R&D and/or QA experience in a food or pharma production facility.
- Degree or diploma in food science, food technology, or related field.
- Excellent record-keeping skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to lift 12 kg.
