Job Description

B.C. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of President and General Manager. This is a key leadership position that requires a strong understanding of organizational policies and programs, as well as the ability to coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and senior staff positions
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff and delegate authority
  • Establish financial and administrative controls and approve promotional campaigns
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 30 hours per week
