Position Overview

The role of the Machine Shop Supervisor involves overseeing the daily operations within a manufacturing environment, ensuring that all activities are conducted efficiently and safely.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year and up to 2 years of relevant experience is essential.
Work Environment

The work site is characterized by:

  • Dusty conditions
  • Noisy atmosphere
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule shop activities to optimize workflow.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
  • Oversee the operation of the manufacturing facility.
  • Order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Set up and maintain machines and equipment for production.
  • Supervise a team of 3-4 workers and manage various projects.
  • Utilize computer numerical control (CNC) machines effectively.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
