The Role:
We are embarking on an exciting journey with the establishment of a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility dedicated to producing premium, value-added poultry products. We seek passionate individuals who are ready to embrace the challenges that come with this venture. As an Assistant Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing operations, providing leadership and support to your team.
Key Responsibilities:
As an Assistant Supervisor, you will: Champion our organizational culture, leading your team to foster a positive and productive environment. Collaborate closely with team members to achieve daily and weekly production targets. Participate in on-site audits related to Food Safety, Quality Assurance, Health & Safety, and Human Resources. Address employee concerns through counseling sessions and investigations as necessary. Actively engage in daily team meetings to drive communication and collaboration. Work with cross-functional teams including Quality Assurance, Reliability, Sanitation, Materials, Finance, and Human Resources. Build strong employee relationships by listening to concerns and responding promptly. Facilitate safety discussions and observations to promote continuous improvement. Handle administrative tasks such as payroll, scheduling, and shift reporting.
