Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on wind turbines to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Provide technical support to customers, resolving issues and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new procedures and best practices.
  • Work at heights, in confined spaces, and in various weather conditions, adhering to strict safety protocols and regulations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, attending training sessions and workshops to enhance technical skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in wind energy or a related field, with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to travel and work in various locations, with a willingness to relocate as needed.
  • Pass a physical examination and background check.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 6 months of experience in a mechanical, electrical, or industrial field.
  • Certification from a renewable energy or wind technical program.
  • Hands-on work experience as a wind technician on a wind farm.
