Job Summary

Trubright Transportation Services is seeking a skilled Truck Driver to join our team. As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials safely and efficiently across various locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transportation: Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials, ensuring timely delivery and safety of cargo.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Oversee the condition of the vehicle, inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage, and other equipment, performing preventive maintenance and emergency roadside repairs as needed.
  • Logistics: Receive and relay information to central dispatch, record cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption.
  • Cargo Handling: Tarping and ensuring the safety and security of cargo, including transporting and handling dangerous goods.
  • Permits and Documents: Obtain special permits and other documents required to transport cargo on international routes.
Requirements
  • Certifications: AZ class license, Air Brakes Endorsement, Air Brake (Z) Endorsement, and Driver's License (Class 1 or A).
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in transportation or a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Various locations, with a focus on safe and efficient transportation.
