As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for greeting members, presenting the OTF concept, and selling memberships to help our studio thrive.
Key Responsibilities- Greet members and introduce them to our studio and services
- Present the OTF concept to prospective members and answer their questions
- Work at our front desk, answering phones, and handling member inquiries
- Give studio tours and showcase our facilities
- Work closely with trainers to guide new members through their first Orangetheory workout
- Sell memberships and promote our services to existing and prospective members
- Follow up with prospective members and handle their concerns in a professional and objective manner
- Participate in marketing and outreach events to promote our studio and services
- Ensure all areas of the studio are clean and organized
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Passion for fitness and a desire to help others achieve their health and wellness goals
