About the Role

STRABAG AG - Subdivision IP is seeking a highly skilled Site Engineer to join our Canadian division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of construction projects from planning to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement construction plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Coordinate with project managers, construction managers, and general superintendents to ensure project delivery
  • Supervise and manage subcontractors and workforce to ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures
  • Prepare and submit project-related documents and submittals
  • Develop innovative technical solutions to complex construction challenges
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and industry standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated and flexible with ability to multi-task
  • Shaft/tunnel construction experience is an asset
