About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Food Service Associate to join our team at Five Forks Bar & Grill Ltd. as a Food and Beverage Server.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Order Taking: Take orders from customers and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Menu Presentation: Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers and make recommendations based on their preferences.
  • Inventory Management: Order and maintain inventory of wines and wine glassware to ensure a well-stocked and organized bar area.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Serve food and beverages to customers in a prompt and efficient manner.
  • Table Maintenance: Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Special Needs Assistance: Assist clients/guests with special needs, such as dietary restrictions or mobility issues.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
  • Work Schedule: Work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our customers.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: Will train the right candidate.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in this role.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
