Position Overview: CORE Grants and Operations Training Coordinator

The CORE Grants and Operations Training Coordinator is a pivotal role focused on the effective execution and oversight of the Clean Off-Road Equipment Voucher Incentive Project (CORE) along with various CALSTART initiatives. This position involves educating and training stakeholders, managing technical systems, streamlining administrative processes, and ensuring precise data management and reporting. By working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will play a significant role in the project's success and foster strong relationships within the industry and with regulatory entities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide education and training to dealers and off-road equipment purchasers regarding participation in the CORE Project, address inquiries, and assist with technical challenges in Salesforce.
  • Oversee the California CORE Project in accordance with grant agreements by creating manuals, policies, and procedures, while engaging with industry stakeholders.
  • Maintain and refresh the CORE website and equipment catalog utilizing WordPress and other platforms.
  • Input new Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), Dealers, and Equipment into the Voucher Processing Center catalog, offer feedback to improve system processes, and assist with system-related inquiries.
  • Manage monthly data collection, validation, and reporting, analyze data for tools, maintain CORE engagement records, and support reporting efforts.
  • Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems like Salesforce to oversee CORE engagements and meetings.
  • Contribute to the formulation of standard operating procedures, project improvements, and program launches.
  • Assist in organizing workshops, events, presentations, and webinars pertinent to CORE initiatives.
  • Collaborate on additional CALSTART projects as required.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in project management and proficiency in Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Skilled in optimizing administrative workflows.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external teams.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Public Policy, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
