We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team at GX PAINTING LTD. As a Painter, you will be responsible for preparing, cleaning, and painting surfaces to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and repairing cracks and holes.
- Mix and apply paint to desired color and texture.
- Measure, cut, and apply wallpaper and other fabric to walls.
- Advise clients on colors and choice of wall coverings.
- Erect scaffolding and swing stages and attach rigging.
- Apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials to interior and exterior surfaces.
- Estimate costs and materials for painting projects.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in painting or a related field.
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
- Attention to detail and ability to distinguish between colors.
- Hand-eye coordination and ability to lift up to 45 kg (100 lbs).
Our team works in various locations, and you will be required to travel to different sites. You will be working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
