Position Overview
As a Senior PeopleSoft Technical Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective operation and advancement of the corporation's enterprise systems. These intricate applications are vital for integrating the business processes across various departments. This role involves collaboration with business process owners, clients, managers, and peers to ensure that the enterprise systems align with the business, technical, and infrastructure needs of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Analyzing, designing, developing, implementing, and supporting technology-driven enterprise business and infrastructure solutions as part of a talented team.
  • Assisting in defining project requirements, designing and testing deliverables, supporting training procedures, and managing small projects or enhancements.
  • Collaborating with clients, IT service providers, and colleagues to identify future opportunities and solutions for business challenges.
  • Providing training to peers, clients, and end-users on fully operational software solutions.
  • Documenting technical design specifications, aiding in the preparation of updates to standards documents, and supporting the delivery of presentations and training materials.

Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you should possess:

  • A completed 2-year diploma in Computer Science, Software Development, Information Systems, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in PeopleSoft systems development; or
  • A degree in Computer Science, Software Development, Information Systems, with at least 3 years of experience in PeopleSoft systems development.
  • Proven experience in PeopleSoft software development and implementing solutions within Human Capital Management (HCM), Client Relationship Management (CRM), and Interaction HUB (IHUB) applications.
  • Familiarity with PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Integration Broker, Component Interface, DataMover, COBOL, Application Engine, Data Migration Workbench (ADS), and SQR.
  • Experience in system integration development is an asset.
  • Knowledge of PeopleSoft Query, XML Publisher, SQL, HTML, XML, CSS, and JavaScript is beneficial.
  • Experience with Isolate Customization Methods (Event Mapping, Drop Zones, and Application Engine Plug In) is a plus.
  • The ability to work independently, quickly acquire new knowledge and skills, and apply strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
