Williams Towing Service Ltd. is seeking a skilled Tow Truck Driver to join our team. As a Tow Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting vehicles to designated locations, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and adjust routes to minimize fuel consumption and carbon emissions
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
  • Coach colleagues on new methods and work techniques
  • Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and condition
  • Oversee the condition of the vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, and other equipment
  • Transport and handle dangerous goods safely and securely
  • Operate GPS and other navigation equipment to optimize routes
  • Communicate effectively with central dispatch and customers
  • Perform emergency roadside repairs and maintenance
  • Ensure the safety and security of cargo and vehicles
Requirements
  • Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks, and other 2-axle vehicles)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Willingness to travel for extended periods and overnight
  • Valid driver's licence and a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift and handle heavy loads
  • Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced environment
