Senior Assistant Store Manager

Job Summary:
The Assistant Store Manager is a key member of the store team, responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the overall operation of the store. This includes developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and ensuring maximum sales and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and profitability
- Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals
- Control expenses and shrinkage through effective inventory management and loss prevention
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve store objectives
Requirements:
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Prior retail and management experience required
- Ability to work up to 38 hours per week
- Physical demands include standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds
