We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Technician to join our team at Toronto Precast Inc. as a key member of our finance department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers and financial statements, using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
  • Payroll and Accounts Payable: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, reconcile accounts, and ensure timely payment of invoices.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports, including trial balance, and statistical reports to support business decision-making.
  • Tax Compliance: Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with all tax regulations.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements
