Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 2291560 Alberta Ltd. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and motivate a team of retail staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Authorize Payments and Manage Inventory: Verify and authorize payments, manage inventory levels, and maintain accurate records to ensure efficient store operations.
- Drive Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Prepare Reports and Analyze Data: Compile and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and other relevant metrics to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Maintain a Safe and Organized Work Environment: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and safe for customers and staff, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, excellent oral communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, ability to multitask
