Position Overview

ADGA Group of Companies is in search of an Information Management Architect to provide strategic communications support for a prominent defense initiative. The responsibilities encompass:

  • Assisting the tactical communication team with information governance and stakeholder interaction.
  • Identifying, evaluating, and consolidating information exchange requirements of Canadian Army units across various operations.
  • Formulating and upholding the project's information governance and change management strategy and methodologies.
  • Executing the information and change management strategy.
  • Educating personnel on information governance and change management methodologies and tools.
  • Overseeing document version control and review timelines.
  • Collaborating with the program control office regarding information governance matters.
  • Aiding in the creation of a stakeholder registry.
  • Managing and assessing the stakeholder management strategy with project personnel.
  • Designing and directing the stakeholder engagement strategy.
  • Crafting key communications for stakeholders as part of the engagement strategy.
  • Organizing engagement activities with project stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • A degree from an accredited university or higher education institution in a scientific, technical, or engineering discipline is required.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in producing technical design documentation, system specifications, and technical proposals in IT, information governance, or engineering is essential.
  • At least 10 years of experience in a minimum of 3 of the following evaluation areas is required:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in at least 4 of the following tasks is necessary:

Additional Information

  • This is a hybrid role, requiring availability for on-site work when necessary.
  • A valid Level 2 security clearance (secret) with the CPPS is mandatory.
  • Possession of a Controlled Goods Certificate is required.
