Job Title: Information Management Architect

Job Summary:

ADGA Group of Companies is seeking an experienced Information Management Architect to support our Tactical Communications team. The successful candidate will provide day-to-day support for information management and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for information management and stakeholder engagement
  • Capture, evaluate, and synthesize information exchange requirements
  • Draft, maintain, and review the Tactical Communications project information management plan and processes
  • Implement the information and change management plan
  • Train staff on information management and change management processes and tools
  • Coordinate with the Program Control Office for information management matters
  • Contribute to the creation of a stakeholder register
  • Manage and review the stakeholder management plan with the project staff
  • Generate and lead a stakeholder engagement plan

Qualifications:

  • Proof of degree from a recognized university or diploma from a recognized college in the sciences or a suitable engineering or technical field
  • At least 4 years of experience in the preparation of technical concept documents, system specifications, and technical proposals in the field of IT/IM or Engineering
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in at least 3 of the following assessment areas: client/server architecture and related technologies, data architecture definition, framework, and implementation for military systems, system integration, hardware and software components into new or existing systems, database modelling, and system life-cycle management
  • Ability to communicate information technology frameworks/strategies to management and technical staff, provide advice, guidance, and recommendations on technical issues, and lead multidisciplinary teams in the development of IT tactical systems, frameworks, or strategies
