Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our office staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Procedure Review and Evaluation: Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they are efficient and effective.
  • Work Prioritization: Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Record Management: Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Reporting and Data Analysis: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Office Operations: Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
