Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our office staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
- Procedure Review and Evaluation: Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they are efficient and effective.
- Work Prioritization: Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Record Management: Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
- Reporting and Data Analysis: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Office Operations: Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced office environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and supporting the day-to-day operations of our business.
Language and Work Conditions- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
