HVAC Service Technician

Key Responsibilities:- Execute contract maintenance visits, inspections, site assessments, and service requests for commercial, industrial, and institutional markets.
- Recommend necessary upgrades or repairs to prolong the equipment life cycle of our customer's equipment.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and co-workers through effective communication skills.
- Provide quote estimates for labor and material repairs and upgrades as needed.
- Represent the company as the direct customer contact and be responsible for servicing products and equipment on assigned projects.
- Minimum 5 years of HVAC service experience with knowledge of maintenance procedures and troubleshooting.
- HVAC Journeyman status.
- Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office software and working proficiency with handheld computers.
- Adherence to company safety program.
- Valid driver's license and appropriate licenses to work with refrigerants, natural gas, and electrical.
