Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HVAC Service Technician to join our team. As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for professionally servicing HVAC equipment, ensuring the safe operation of all new installations, and providing excellent customer service.

  • Responsible for servicing HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Ensure the safe operation of all new installations and provide clear instructions to customers on proper care and maintenance.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, offering additional products and services as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

  • A minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent.
  • A valid Gas Technician II license.
  • A certificate of qualification (C of Q) as an Air Conditioning Mechanic (Ontario – 313d).
  • A valid Ozone Depletion Prevention (ODP) card.
  • A Class G Driver's License.
  • 3-5 years of field experience in service of Water Heaters & HVAC equipment, an asset.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts and standby duties as required.
  • Physical ability to perform all work required, including occasional lifting of 15 kg up to shoulder height.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
