Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our team at Limen Group Const. (2019) Ltd. as a Financial Data Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial data, preparing and processing payroll, and providing exceptional customer service to employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Payroll Processing: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, prepare statements of earnings for employees, and reconcile issued payrolls to bank statements.
  • Financial Data Management: Store, update, and retrieve financial data, maintain filing systems, and perform data entry.
  • Benefits Administration: Complete and submit documentation for administration of benefits, such as pension plans, leaves, share savings, employment, and medical insurance.
  • Employee Communication: Inform employees about payroll matters and benefit plans, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Compile statistics and reports, and maintain payroll records.
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in payroll administration or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a large workload, handling heavy loads, and working under pressure. The work environment is dynamic, and the candidate must be able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
