About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate STEM educator to lead our programming at MakerKids. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and interactive STEM programs to children, fostering their creativity and curiosity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver high-quality STEM programs for kids, including robotics, coding, and Minecraft
  • Lead after-school and weekend programs, camps, and private classes
  • Collaborate with our team to design and implement new program content and activities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to parents and children, ensuring a positive and supportive learning environment
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in STEM education
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in teaching or leading kids in an experiential learning setting
  • Strong background in STEM education, with a focus on robotics, coding, and/or Minecraft
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with children and adults alike
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach
  • Passion for making a positive impact on children's lives and education
