Job Title: Customer Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at ACD Electric & Plumbing Ltd. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leading a team of customer service representatives, and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of customer service representatives to ensure that customer inquiries are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and implement customer service strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide coaching and training to customer service representatives to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
