Position OverviewTitle: Mobile Patrol Supervisor
Location: London Health Sciences Centre
Employment Type: Full-Time
Work Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday
Compensation: $17.50 per hour
In this role, you will undertake full-time shifts conducting proactive and reactive security patrols, responding to incidents as they arise. Responsibilities include documenting reports, investigating routine occurrences, and swiftly addressing emergencies. Exceptional customer service skills are essential, particularly when interacting with individuals under stress or requiring medical assistance. Physical fitness is crucial, as the role involves extended periods of standing and walking. You will operate a marked company vehicle to patrol the premises and respond to all incidents on site.
Qualifications- Possession of a valid G or G2 Class Driver's Licence with a minimum of three years of driving experience.
- Submission of a driver abstract, reflecting no more than two minor infractions, no major offenses, and a maximum of six demerits within the past three years.
- Familiarity with the Trespass to Property Act and the Mental Health Act.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven reliability, punctuality, and the ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and diplomacy.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Certification in Standard First Aid and CPR Level C.
- Valid Ontario Security Licence.
- Paladin's Driver's Licence Course.
- Mental Health Awareness Training.
- Supervisor Training Modules 1, 2, and 3.
- Standard First Aid and CPR Level C certification.
- Valid Ontario Security Licence.
