Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Manager, Community Supports and Counselling to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of community-based programs and services, ensuring they align with our agency's mission and values.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement community-based programs and services that promote mental, social, and physical well-being.
  • Collaborate with community partners and stakeholders to identify needs and develop strategic partnerships.
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals providing community supports and counselling services.
  • Ensure program quality and effectiveness through ongoing evaluation and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., social work, psychology, community development).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in community development, program management, or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
