Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to deliver excellent customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing inventory, controlling costs, and ensuring that all health and safety regulations are met.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, working to increase sales and revenue for the restaurant.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
The Restaurant Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail is essential.
