Job Overview

Aquatech Canadian Water Services Inc. is a leading provider of water and wastewater management services in Alberta. We are seeking a highly skilled Water and Wastewater Operator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain water and wastewater treatment facilities to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Conduct daily inspections, monitoring, and sampling to ensure optimal plant performance.
  • Report operational issues to the supervisor and perform maintenance tasks as requested.
  • Perform laboratory analysis and reporting to ensure accurate data.
  • Participate in the preparation of monthly and annual reports.
Mandatory Requirements
  • Level 2 certification in Water Treatment and Level 1-2 certification in Wastewater Treatment, Wastewater Collection, and Water Distribution Supply.
  • Valid Class 5 Alberta driver's license and a driver's abstract.
  • Ability to lift 25 kg (55lb) and excellent communication skills.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work with limited supervision.
