We are seeking a highly motivated Benefit Representative to join our team at InsureTalent Staffing. As a Benefit Representative, you will work with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with client accounts
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to grow customer portfolios
- Stay up-to-date on product offerings and customer needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets
- Passion for helping others
- Proven ability to work as a productive team member
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated team player, proficient in multi-tasking
- Proficient with computers and Zoom (preferred)
- Ability to form and grow solid relationships with client accounts
- US citizen or Canadian with work status, residency, or citizenship
As a Benefit Representative at InsureTalent Staffing, you will have the opportunity to work with a leading provider of benefits programs, helping families establish company programs that best fit their needs. This is a virtual position, working from home over the phone and using tools like Zoom video chats.
