**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Professional Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting cost control, BOQ (Bill of Quantities), cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Conduct cost control and cost management activities to ensure projects are delivered within budget.
  • Prepare and manage BOQs (Bills of Quantities) to ensure accurate cost estimates.
  • Develop and implement cost planning strategies to minimize project costs.
  • Prepare and present cost reports to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure cost management best practices are followed.

**Requirements**

  • Strong knowledge of cost control, cost management, and cost reporting principles.
  • Experience in creating BOQs (Bills of Quantities) and cost estimates.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Knowledge of construction industry regulations and standards.
  • Experience with construction cost software is a plus.
