Job Summary

We're seeking a Personal Insurance Advisor to join our team in Sudbury, ON, working on a permanent full-time basis. As a key member of our team, you'll provide exceptional customer service, advise on insurance matters, and sell new policies to existing and new clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service ongoing client needs, conduct needs assessments, and recommend solutions.
  • Sell new policies and retain existing business.
  • Contact underwriters and adjusters to discuss guidelines and policy.
  • Prepare documentation for insurers and process renewals.
  • Stay up-to-date on underwriting rules and workflow processes.
  • Participate in training initiatives and community marketing efforts.
Requirements
  • High school and/or post-secondary education.
  • Previous insurance experience preferred but not required.
  • RIBO license preferred.
  • Exposure to Epic is an asset.
  • Strong customer focus, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
