Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy food services operation.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
  • Train and develop our staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Estimate and manage food and supply inventory to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
