Qualifications:

  • Minimum five years of proven experience leading catering teams in high-volume settings.
  • Possession of a Red Seal Chef designation, demonstrating culinary expertise and proficiency.
  • Comprehensive understanding of cost control principles and effective employee management practices.
  • ServeSafe or FoodSafe certification with a thorough knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling clear and concise interaction with clients, staff, and vendors.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, ensuring seamless execution of catering events.
  • Proficiency in operating kitchen equipment safely and effectively, as well as utilizing computer software for order processing and inventory management.
