Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hairstyling Salon Manager to lead our team of stylists and contribute to the success of our salon. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train a team of 11-15 stylists, ensuring they meet high standards of quality and customer service.
  • Budgeting and Finance: Plan and control budgets, manage inventory, and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns, ensuring exceptional service and building strong relationships with clients.
  • Marketing and Advertising: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies, manage contracts, and promote the salon's brand.
  • Operations: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality results.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Barbershop or hairstyling salon/studio.
  • Budgetary Responsibility: $500,001 - $1,500,000.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, attention to detail, and physically demanding environment.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, judgement, organized, reliability, and team player.
