Job Title: Family Caregiver

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Caregiver to join our team at Yoganithy Sathyakumar. As a Family Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Prepare and serve meals, as well as assist with light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
  • Provide companionship and engage in activities that promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
  • Administer medications and assist with medical procedures, as required.
  • Monitor and report any changes in client condition to the supervisor.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Mental health first aid Certificate.
  • CPR Certificate.
  • First Aid Certificate.
  • Health Care Aide Certificate.
  • Personal Support Worker Certificate.
