We are seeking a skilled Greenhouse Labourer to join our team at B.C. Ltds. As a Greenhouse Labourer, you will be responsible for maintaining the health and productivity of our greenhouse crops.
Key Responsibilities:- Clean and maintain the greenhouse environment to ensure optimal growing conditions.
- Monitor and control temperature, humidity, and light levels to promote healthy plant growth.
- Water and fertilize plants as needed to ensure optimal growth and productivity.
- Prune and train plants to promote healthy growth and maximize yields.
- Assist in the harvesting and packaging of crops for distribution.
- Perform general maintenance tasks as required to ensure the smooth operation of the greenhouse.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of experience in greenhouse or agricultural labouring.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Physical ability to lift 50 pounds and work in a standing position for extended periods.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
