Position Overview
We are seeking a driven and self-directed individual to assume the role of Technical Sales Representative for the Ontario Central region, reporting directly to the Central Regional Sales Director. This position focuses on cultivating relationships with both new and existing clients to enhance sales performance. The Technical Sales Representative will be instrumental in achieving regional sales targets and fulfilling sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed established sales targets
- Build and nurture relationships with current and potential clients to drive business growth
- Present products professionally to promote sales
- Showcase products, provide samples, and finalize sales
- Design, implement, and manage sales initiatives for the region
- Offer comprehensive technical solutions encompassing the full range of Rittal products
- Address and resolve customer issues using established protocols
- Maintain customer records utilizing SAP Cloud for Customer
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly performance reports
- Develop an in-depth understanding of Rittal products
- Provide insights to product management regarding customer needs for future offerings

Compensation
