Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Solutions Specialist to join our team in the Electrical & Automation Industry Careers. As an Electrical Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for working with our sales team to technically differentiate Mersen and drive specification position and advance the sales process forward.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate advanced technical discussions related to conversions, training, new product launches, and specifications as assigned.
  • Propel sales opportunities to the next stage by providing strategic support.
  • Maintain a high level of technical proficiency and market knowledge relevant to assigned opportunities and accounts.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with customers and partners, overseeing all technical aspects and offer guidance.
  • Actively participate in the PAC process, translating customer insights into innovative ideas for Mersen.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in both English and French, mandatory.
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related field preferred.
  • 2-3 years' experience in a technical service role or field engineering role in the electrical field, preferred.
  • Strong customer facing interaction and communication skills, capable of presenting technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences at customer and industry events.
