We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Lazeez Shawarma. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of quality, service, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Analysis and Management

Analyze our restaurant's budget to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to boost profits.

Operational Evaluation

Evaluate our daily operations to ensure that they are running smoothly and efficiently, and make recommendations for improvement.

Revenue Monitoring

Monitor our revenues to determine labor costs and make adjustments as needed to maintain profitability.

Staff Performance Management

Monitor the performance of our staff and provide feedback and coaching to help them improve their skills and productivity.

Staff Recruitment and Scheduling

Recruit and hire new staff members, and create and manage schedules to ensure that we have the right people in the right place at the right time.

Staff Supervision

Supervise and manage our staff to ensure that they are providing excellent customer service and maintaining the highest standards of quality.

Cash Handling and Financial Reporting

Balance our cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure that our financial records are accurate and up-to-date.

Performance Reviews

Conduct regular performance reviews with our staff to evaluate their progress and provide feedback and coaching to help them improve their performance.

Cost Control

Cost products and services to ensure that we are getting the best value for our money.

Inventory Management

Organize and maintain our inventory to ensure that we have the right products in stock at the right time.

Health and Safety

Ensure that our restaurant is in compliance with all health and safety regulations, and that our staff are trained to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.

Customer Service

Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, and work to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

Event Management

Manage events and functions at our restaurant, including catering and private events.

Requirements
  • Education

College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.

Experience

7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant management role.

Language

English.

Work Term

Permanent.

Hours

35 hours per week.
