We are seeking a skilled and experienced Café Manager to join our team at Mizzica Gelateria & Café LTD. As a Café Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our café, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our products are of the highest quality.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation
- Manage inventory and maintain a clean and organized café environment
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Plan and organize daily operations, including menu planning and inventory management
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
