Job Summary:The successful candidate will have a strong academic background in aeronautical sciences, with a focus on teaching and research. You will be expected to develop and deliver high-quality courses, advise students, and contribute to the growth and development of our aviation programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Teach and mentor students in aeronautical sciences, including courses in aviation management, flight operations, and aerospace engineering.
- Develop and deliver high-quality courses, including curriculum design and assessment.
- Advise students on academic and career matters, including research opportunities and professional development.
- Contribute to the growth and development of our aviation programs, including program development and accreditation.
- Engage in research and scholarly activities, including publication and presentation of research findings.
- Participate in departmental and university service, including committee work and community engagement.
- Ph.D. in aeronautical sciences or a related field.
- Strong academic background in aeronautical sciences, with a focus on teaching and research.
- Experience in teaching and mentoring students, including course development and delivery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively with students, faculty, and staff.
- Ability to contribute to the growth and development of our aviation programs, including program development and accreditation.
