Position Overview:
We are in search of a seasoned Full-Stack Engineer with leadership capabilities to become a vital part of our energetic team.
In this role, you will:

  • Oversee sprint planning and manage the workflow of the backend development team.
  • Perform code evaluations, uphold coding standards, and foster a culture of continuous enhancement.
  • Work closely with product managers and other key stakeholders to collect requirements, convert them into technical documentation, and implement effective solutions.
  • Actively identify and address potential technical challenges.
  • Facilitate clear communication with both technical and non-technical team members.
  • Possess a robust understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
  • Have experience in creating scalable and dependable systems.
  • Proficient in programming languages such as TypeScript, Python, PHP, Java, and GoLang.
Technologies:
Experience with React + Redux and Angular is preferred.
