QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess:
- A Fourth Class Standardized Power Engineers certificate recognized by the NS Department of Labour and Advanced Education.
- A minimum of two years of experience in the operation and maintenance of high-pressure steam plants following certification.
- Proficiency in additional languages is considered an asset, with a preference for French.
Work Schedule: This is a permanent, full-time role requiring 75 hours of work bi-weekly.
Compensation and BenefitsThe hourly wage for this position is $28.79. Successful candidates may have access to a comprehensive benefits package, which includes health and dental coverage, travel assistance, long-term disability, life insurance, and a defined benefit pension plan.
