About the Position:

Voldex is seeking a Growth Marketing Coordinator to enhance player acquisition for our engaging user-generated content games on platforms like Roblox and Fortnite Creative. We are looking for an adept performance marketer who can drive channel growth. This role involves close collaboration with our dedicated game development teams to attract, engage, and retain players in our gaming ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for managing the effectiveness of on-platform marketing efforts to boost visibility and conversion rates for our games. This will involve creating, testing, and evaluating marketing assets such as game icons, titles, and game pages.
  • You will design and implement a comprehensive go-to-market strategy that leverages all available channels to stimulate product and player growth.
  • You will execute our marketing initiatives across major social media platforms including Discord, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, promoting community interaction and brand loyalty.
  • You will ensure clear communication of upcoming features and releases to the gaming community, both within and outside the game, fostering transparency and excitement around product launches.
  • You will craft and disseminate engaging social media content using official company and game accounts.
  • You will assist in managing relationships with content creators, ensuring a steady stream of social media content, increasing creator engagement, and implementing programs to grow and maintain our player community.
  • You will collaborate with game teams to share insights on upcoming campaigns and review the outcomes of previous initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, particularly in Performance, Growth, or Product marketing.
  • Proven ability to analyze, interpret, and communicate key performance indicators related to marketing initiatives.
  • Solid understanding of social media platforms and proficiency in marketing through these channels.
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the video game industry.
  • A genuine passion for video games.
  • Familiarity with user-generated content gaming platforms (Roblox, Minecraft, Fortnite, etc.).
  • Interest or experience in supporting sports or driving video games.
